30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must generally be:

Unworn and unused, other than reasonably necessary to check the fit.
In their original condition.
Free from stains, odors, damage, or other signs of wear.
Returned with their original tags and packaging, where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return after a protective or hygiene seal has been removed, where permitted by applicable law.

We do not charge restocking or handling fees for eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send products to an address without first receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability at the time your request is processed.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets the applicable return conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

After processing, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, meaning most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4–9 business days from the date the order is placed.

We offer free standard shipping on every order.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.

Orders received before the cut-off time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Severe weather.
Customs procedures.
Public holidays.
High-volume shopping periods.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Once your order ships, we will normally send you a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.
